HOW TO INSTALL YOUR KIT

Building your CloudHaus home couldn’t be easier. Far less complicated than building IKEA furniture. The Metal Structural Insulated Panels (MSIPs), are placed inside a metal track bolted to the foundation then locked together tongue and groove style and bolted together in multiple locations for extra structural framing durability.

Each panel takes about 15-20 minutes to install, then your off to the next one. A 3 person crew can frame a 1200 sf house in 24 hours. This includes insulation because Metal SIPs are prefabricated with R-47 EPS foam infused between the structural framing.

Once framing is up, no need to wrap the house, add insulation or sheathing - it’s also built into the panel. Simply move on to installing your exterior siding and roofing.

For the exterior, apply any finish you like directly to the MSIPs - drywall, decorative panels, wood planks, and more.

You now have an energy efficient, high performing dwelling that is fortified for all types of climate and weather.
