WHERE ARE WE?

A WORD ABOUT PARCELS, CODES, PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY

Thinking about building on your land? Knowing exactly what your lot is zoned for is the first step.  Start by obtaining your city or township’s “municipal building codes” to see exactly what you are allowed to build. Things to consider are minimum and maximum lot sizes, height restrictions, set back guidelines and more.  Once you know what you can build and have selected your home plan, our team can jump in.

Our structural engineering team is licensed to stamp and pull permits in every US state, as we have all the software programs to evaluate your property remotely and adjust your home design accordingly.

This allows you to obtain required building permits, and, at the end of the building process, a Certificate of Owner Occupancy will be granted.  You will need this for some items like insurance plans, future buyers and loan programs.

We are permitted and licensed to sell our kits anywhere in the US and worldwide.

We are licensed to build our kits in California, Oklahoma and Michigan and have feet on the ground ready to install and build.
