Lisa Copass, Founder + CEO: 
​Lisa Copass has been an entrepreneur, running companies and profitable business units for over 30 years.  She has launched some of the most innovative companies in her career and dozens of products and services throughout the Bay Area and the United States.  She gained expertise in, and a love for; construction, real estate, home-flipping and home staging, working with design-build firms, real estate agencies, developers and builders throughout the San Francisco and Oakland Bay Area.  Copass holds 2 BA degrees from the University of Colorado (Boulder): one in communications, the other in cultural anthropology.

Kelly Greenwell, Operations Director, Community Liaison: Greenwell brings over 25 years of professional expertise to CloudHaus Dwellings. Her experience managing multiple departments, including business functions and systems, customer processes and procedures, marketing communications and community outreach for start-ups are invaluable assets to the company.  As the CloudHaus community liaison, Greenwell is responsible for outreach to various un-housed and at-risk communities and organizations in order to better understand their housing needs.  In 2001, Kelly founded and built a school for the children of Gili Air, an Indonesian Island that at the time had no formal school or education programs for their youth population. The Gili Air School remains today and is the first and only school available to the community.

John Yoder, General Contractor and Advisor: 
​John Yoder has over 45 years of building construction and land development experience.  Since 1975, Yoder has been a general contractor in the mid-west and has built dozens of subdivisions and hundreds of single-family homes as well as multi-story office buildings. Yoder also served as a commercial/industrial structural inspector for Lloyds of London Insurance Underwriters. He is the exclusive developer and builder of Whitetail Subdivision, Guthrie, OK and is the President of the Whitetail Homeowners Association.  He is currently developing Three Lakes, a 55+ gated subdivision with 110 units, pool, community room and event center.

Olabode Beckley, Structural Engineer: Olabode Beckley has over 38 years of experience in architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural engineering combined.  His expertise covers grading, parking lot layout, site drainage systems including underground water detention structures, sanitation systems, water main and site erosion control. His structural engineering experience ranges from new building structure designs to modification of existing building components. Beckley, is a graduate of civil engineering from Southern University A. & M., Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is the founder and president of BEL Engineering. www.bei-eng.com
