Our Story?
Originally formed in 2019 to address the housing crisis following the wildfires in California, we wanted to create better housing that was more appropriate for climate change as well as a solution for the growing population of disenfranchised community members. That meant homes had to be affordable, completed at break-neck spead, highly energy-efficient, low-carbon emissions and stand up to climate change. We aimed for construction that could withstand 200 mph winds, 9.0 earthquakes, was non-combustible and high-performing enough to handle the most extreme snow loads and heat waves. Our years of research and development, evaluating and testing multiple building products and methodologies, led us to the business model and home solution we are proud to now offer the industry. Where Are We Now? We are headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma and licensed in two states - Oklahoma and Michigan. We are currently building teams in both states. We're building locally in those areas using our housing kits to help accelerate home completions for the affordable housing crisis. And remember, we ship our kits to all 50 states and can help you get your home(s) completed in 1/2 the time of conventional stick framing. Contact us and get at quote here. Click For Form. |
CloudHaus Dwellings CloudHaus Dwellings is at the forefront of innovative housing, leading a revolutionary shift in residential construction. With our MSIP (Metal Structural Insulated Panel) home building kits, homeowners and builders no longer have to compromise - our solutions combine affordability, sustainability, and durability, addressing the urgent needs of today’s housing crisis.
The 21st century demands a departure from outdated, 200-year-old timber framing methods that pose fire hazards, are prone to rot and mold, and fail to withstand the challenges of today’s and tomorrow’s climate realities. To build responsibly, we must embrace high-performance, sustainable materials designed to endure for generations. CloudHaus structures are engineered to last over 400 years, creating a pathway to generational wealth and delivering exceptional long-term value. What's Our Goal? Currently the US is short 7 million affordable homes. And we are loosing thousands of homes yearly to climate-related events. On top of that tens of thousands of US homes are well over 150 years old and are ready to expire. How do we keep up with demand? Our goal is to increase cost-effective and affordable housing inventory in the US by 10% by 2030. We do this by producing home building kits in factories, customized to any home design specifications, stamped by our structural engineers licensed in all 50 states and delivered directly to your property ready for installation. This means home components can be mass produced in factories shipped on site and quickly installed, expediting construction time by 60%. Our prefabricated kit homes have the potential to accelerate new construction home inventory throughout the Nation by 30-50%. What Makes Us Different? Unique to our kits are Metal Structural Insulated Panels which can stand up to 200 mph winds, 9.0 earthquakes, are 100% non-combustible and impervious to wood-prone issues like dry rot, mold, fungus, termite and vermin damage, warping, dilapidation and structural failure. This is 21st century housing that can stand up to climate chaos. With CloudHaus Dwellings' home building kits, homeowners can occupy their dwelling 50% faster than conventional stick framing, cut energy bills by 70-75% and avoid wood-related home maintenance failures and fire spread, all at the same price or less than stick-frame builds. Who Builds The Kit? Kits are assembled by you or your contractor or by our building teams. Installation is simple and easy with our rapid-install instruction manual and training videos. We offer remote training and support for those wanting to learn more installation tips and tricks. We are also builders and certified installers of Metal Structural Insulated Panels (MSIPs) and have built structures in California and will soon break ground in Michigan and Oklahoma. We are proud to be a Woman-Owned and Native American-Owned business.
