Selecting A Home Design That's Just Right

1. Pick a house design plan that fits your property zoning laws, your lifestyle and your budget.
2. Submit it to CloudHauz at "GET A QUOTE" for an estimate.
3. If the price is right and we enter into a contract, our structural engineers will create all structural engineering plans that will allow us to pull building permits in your city/township and county according to their building requirements.
4. We then load your house plan into our panelized software program and deliver shop drawings for your review and approval. Once drawings are approved, the manufacturing process is 4-8 weeks and approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery. While your home structural system is being made in the factory, we can be getting your land prepared (well, septic, drain field, utilities, foundation).
Your House Plans Will Include:
Payment and Delivery Schedule:
1. Design Modifications, Plans Submitted For Permits: 20% non refundable(2-3 weeks)
2. Permitting Completition: Cost of Permits (dependant upon each city, county)
3. Shop Drawings Begin: 30% non-refundable deposit (2-3 weeks)
4. Manufacturing Begins: 30% non-refundable deposit (4-8 weeks)
5. Panels Leave Manufacturing Plant: 20% final payment (1-2 weeks)
6. Panels are delivered on a flatbed truck in sequential order ready for us to unload and begin building on your pre-installed concrete foundation.
