CloudHaus Dwellings is leading the charge in a profound housing revolution - one that provides cost-effective housing to all, especially the disenfranchised, while also offering homes that are built for the 21st century - strong, durable, stand up to chaotic weather and will last for generations to come, building a pathway to generational wealth.
Our goal is to increase cost-effective and affordable housing inventory in the US by 10% by 2029. We do this by producing home building kits in factories, customized to your home design specifications, stamped by our structural engineers and delivered directly to your property ready for installation by you, your contractor or our building team - anywhere in the US. We are also builders and certified installers of metal structural insulated panels (MSIPS) and have built structures in Northern California, Northern Michigan and coming soon to Eastern Oklahoma. Unique to our home kits are metal structural insulated panels (SIPs) which can stand up to 200 mph winds, 9.0 earthquakes, are 100% non-combustible and impervious to wood-prone issues like dry rot, mold, fungus, termite and vermin damage, warping, dilapidation and structural failure. With CloudHaus Dwellings home kits, homeowners can occupy their dwelling 60% faster than conventional stick framing, cut energy bills by 75% and avoid wood-related home maintenance failures and fire spread, all at the same price or less than stick-frame builds. And the structures last for well over 300 years, making them an attractive return on investment. CloudHaus kit components include steel structural framing, steel trusses, roofing, siding, windows, doors and an HVAC system all integrated and permitted by state licensed structural engineers. The components are shipped via flat deck trucks to a pre-permitted property site ready for installation. We have structural engineers licensed in all 50 states and 16 territories and a network of strategic business partners and suppliers throughout the US. Our building team is here to assist you in the bulding and installation process. We also offer remote training. Originally formed in 2019 to address the housing crisis following the wildfires in California, we wanted to create better housing that was non-combustible, fast and easy to build, energy-efficient and easier on CO2 emissions. Our years of research and development, evaluating and testing multiple building products and methodologies, led us to the business model and home solution we are now proud to offer the industry. Our prefabricated kit home process has the potential to accelerate new construction home inventory throughout the Nation by 30-50% and at a price point of $150.00 - $275.00 per square foot.
