Cedric is all things ThermaSteel and has worked with the product for over five years in various capacities. He has successfully built strategic relationships with planning department personnel, inspectors, structural engineers and third-party certification organizations that verify and validate construction technologies for quality control and safety. He facilitates the permit process for housing in Chicago and the surrounding areas and educates municipalities on building with the safest materials, the highest thermal values and best housing affordability.
Lisa Copass: ThermaSteel Certified Home Designs, Structural Engineering, GC and Training
Lisa initiates and creates design concepts, development concepts and oversees all projects in the Midwest with her team (designers, structural engineers, general contractors, trades personnel, installers, plumbers, electricians and the like). She has over 30 years of business experience, 15 years building, remodeling, renovating, staging and selling homes both in California and Michigan. She has strong project management skills with the ability to assemble large teams and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets. She is the founder and CEO of CloudHauz, a design - build company using steel structural panels as an alternative to lumber structural framing to achieve safe, sustainable and cost-effective homes for everyone. Olabode (Bei) is the founder and president of BEL Engineering and has over 38 years of experience in architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural engineering combined. His expertise covers grading, parking lot layout, site drainage systems including underground water detention structures, sanitation systems, water main and site erosion control. His structural engineering experience ranges from new building structure designs to modification of existing building components. Born and raised in Chicago, Mo is a well-established community leader in and around Chicago. He is skilled in property evaluation for residential and commercial assets and has done so to create housing opportunities that provide for Chicago's most vulnerable populations. He's been working directly with top government officials over the past two years to bridge the education gap for the less fortunate and to help them get out of the generational poverty cycle and become financially independent.

Laurit is the founder of UJAMMA and has over 30 years in the construction industry with an emphasis on building and restoring communities in the Chicago area.
